Detection runs automatically around the clock on every plan. Kickstart and Essential: analyst response during business hours (UK and Nigeria). Growth and above: response and containment targets, including out-of-hours cover, are agreed in writing in your service agreement before monitoring starts.
Yes. We serve organisations in Nigeria and the UK, with a presence in the West Midlands. Monitoring is delivered remotely over encrypted connections, so location doesn't limit coverage. Data handling follows NDPR and UK GDPR.
